PumpkinFest is an Arts, Music, and Crafts event for all ages. Set in beautiful Western North Carolina mountains and now celebrating our 18th year, PumpkinFest is an annual event.

The only commercial vendors we accept are food concessions. This is a juried show.
Vendor information is as follows and applications will be available online soon:
CRAFT & ARTISAN VENDOR INFORMATION - 10 x 10 space is $75
Eligibility: PumpkinFest is open to all Fine Crafters and Artists
Media: Original work in two and three dimensional art and crafts, e.g. all paint media, photography, wood, metal, fiber, glass, clay and stone will be considered for entry. (Manufactured goods, handmade imported items or resale items will not be accepted at this show.)
Display: The festival will be held in Historic Downtown Franklin, NC. Exhibitor spaces are 10' x 10'. All exhibitors are responsible for securing their booth tents and displays against acts of nature. Exhibitors are required to be set up and present for the entire time of the event, 9 AM until 4 PM. Failure to comply can result in no invitation to participate in future years. This is a rain or shine show.
Entry and Fees:
To enter, exhibitors must submit a completed entry application with the nonrefundable fee, and 2 photographs of current work, and indicate the number of spaces desired. Please make sure that all photographs are labeled with your name, exhibition category/media. For return of these items, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Previous attendees are not required to unless they are changing medium.
- Main Street- Set-up Saturday, October 24th beginning at 6:30 AM
- Phillips and Iotla Street– Friday, October 23rd at 6:00 PM
- Booth assignments are made in early October
- Set-up must be completed by 8:45 AM and all vehicles moved. You may not set up until your vehicle is off the street. You must park in Vendor Parking area, if you disregard, you will not be invited to participate next year.
NON-PROFIT VENDOR INFORMATION - 10 x 10 is $25 - Only Macon County Civic Clubs, Churches and Non Profits
Activity or craft is required.
Fundraising items for sale are
FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION - 10 x 10 space is $150
Recycling is required, bins will be on site.
No garbage left on street.
Must abide by all Macon County Health Department rules.
Food vendors may set up Friday, October 23rd after 6:00 PM.
